Welcome to Amazing Care. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to support a clear, respectful and professional relationship between Amazing Care, participants, representatives and visitors.
1. Our Services
Amazing Care provides person-centred support designed around individual needs, goals, preferences and NDIS plan requirements. Services may include assistance with daily activities, life-stage transitions, travel and transport, shared living, community participation and development of life skills.
2. Service Agreements
Where services are provided to an NDIS participant, the applicable Service Agreement, support arrangements and agreed pricing will apply. Services are subject to availability, eligibility, agreed supports and applicable NDIS requirements.
3. Participant Responsibilities
Participants and their representatives are expected to provide accurate information, communicate relevant needs, respect our workers and follow agreed service arrangements. Changes to circumstances should be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments, support times and cancellation arrangements will be managed in accordance with the applicable Service Agreement and relevant NDIS requirements. Additional charges will only apply where permitted and agreed.
5. Safety & Respect
Amazing Care is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful environment. We do not tolerate abuse, harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour or conduct that places participants, workers or others at unreasonable risk.
6. Website Information
We aim to keep website information accurate and current. Website content is provided for general information and does not replace individual professional advice, an NDIS plan or a formal Service Agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, graphics, logos and other materials belonging to Amazing Care may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
8. Changes to These Terms
The latest version published on this website will apply from its stated effective date.
